Football Team Dreadcuff - Buffalo Bills by Knottysleeves

I have seen knottysleeves' (http://www.etsy.com/shop/knottysleeves) work for years now. I have always wanted her to do a design for me but never had one in mind. Until this year!

Not only that but my being featured in an Esty newsletter (while it didn't give any real massive boost) give me a little bit of money to get something for my husband and something for myself.

So YAY! The following is the feedback I left on Etsy:

"I have never been happier with a handmade product in my life! From the super quick communication to the design time, the great customer friendly attitude and no hesitation to make adjustments so things are literally PERFECT for her customers, knottysleeves is the one stop shop for any customer that wants a dreadcuff that is PERFECT in color, overall design, wear-ability and beauty. She made a custom piece that was affordable, perfect, on her deadline and she got it to me very quickly! This is one very loyal customer."

There is a bowl of earrings ready to be listed

I am so lazy. This is a bowl full of earrings that I have to take pictures of, bag and list on Etsy. I've had a few of the earrings for quite some time. Only about 5 or 6 pairs are new.

And no, lol, I don't usually keep them in a cluster like this. I keep them on a peg board by size and price, but I had to take them down to bag and pack.

We're MOVING :D YAY!!!!!

Each Day Is Nearer To Your Last

So enjoy your days. Enjoy your family. Love your loved ones and let go of the ones that aren't worth your time.

Try your best to be happy and enjoy the moments that are meant to be enjoyed. That's all we can demand from life with any real expectation of fulfillment.

Then live everyday to the fullest conviction, take full breaths, stop for a moment and listen and see the colors.

Finding Bliss

Finding Bliss, originally uploaded by NymphDuPave.

I had been wanting to make a spiritual piece for a while, but it was just so overwhelming looking at all the beads I had and wanting to just... well, make EVERYTHING.

So, I sat down with my moleskine sketch journal (where I come up with product ideas) and I wrote down everything I wanted to portray with the piece of jewelry. Among other things was protection, a reminder to be present and also one to Embrace your life and the people within it. Look here for the full description.

It's one of my better pieces, that's for sure.
